It ticked all my boxes. I wanted something that didn't scream "I'M ELECTRIC", like a lot of the existing scooters (and cars). Just because something's electric, it doesn't warrant a neon blue racing stripe. Super tacky! Artisan's scooters sported a classic design and along with the removable batteries, met a balanced package of performance, simplicity and aesthetic.

I have been searching the internet for months for an electric scooter for commuting to work. The first one I came across was the erider and I was 90% set on buying one. Then I came across the Artisan website and everything changed! Every other scooter suddenly looked like a mobility scooter. The rest were dull and outdated. No other machine was as beautifully designed and as eye catching as the Artisan. With its classic retro curves and modern design spec it ticked all of the right boxes for me and a few more.

Ideal little scooter for the daily commute. Cheap reliable and easy to charge. Very stylish with some good features including a remote fob that enables you to drive without having a key flapping about. For short communing trips, this is the ideal vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
